We hope that you are delighted with your order. However from time to time a return might be requested.
Here is how we manage the requests:
If the order is defective, damaged or significantly doesn’t match the description on the website please email us at [email protected]. We’ll need a clear photo of the item and a scanned copy of the despatch note so we can investigate. If we agree with you we’ll offer a refund, hold a credit on your account or offer you a replacement.
If you choose a refund we may ask you to return the item to us, unused, in the condition we supplied it, with its packaging - using a signed for service. Don’t forget to include the despatch note.
if we agree the item is faulty or damaged we will also reimburse you the cost of the postage to the maximum of the relevant 1st class mail cost.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Wrong Size or Colour
Please notify us by email to [email protected] if we’ve sent the wrong size or colour – attaching a colour photograph of the item. If we’ve made a mistake we will offer you a replacement, exchange or refund.
If the item is consistent with your order we cannot offer a refund if the image is your own as we have made it to your specification however we will exchange or replace the item if you used one of our library images – providing that postage is covered by you and you return the item unused, as above.
Poor Image Quality
Where you have supplied an image, the quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the image provided and how you have placed it using the Designer module. The site guides you by defining what minimum quality is required and also offers an enhanced finish. We cannot check every image and therefore you must take care to ensure that you comply with the guidance.
The Product did not Arrive
We track all of our despatched items. In the event that the delivery company returns the item to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address we will notify you. We will despatch the item again on receipt of the correct address details and an additional postage charge.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
