Keeping your data secure

 We are registered under the Data Protection Act and fully comply with the latest legislation however:

 - Any data you input on our website is at your own risk.

Requesting your information

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee is payable.

If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to Data Controller, Designer Retro Ltd, The Tudor House, 49 High Street, Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire, HP22 4JA enclosing a cheque for £10 made out to Designer Retro Ltd.  Your request will be acknowledged in writing and the information provided by post within 14 days.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
