  • There is a product I want which isn’t on your website - is there any way you can personalise it?

    We work with a number of individuals and businesses on bespoke orders, and we do have a wide range of suppliers with additional products that are not yet on itsmyne.co.uk. The best thing to do is speak to our team about your requirements and we will do our best to help you create your ideal personalised product!

  • I don’t know whether to choose standard printing or enhanced printing - what’s the difference?

    Standard printing is a high quality and finish. However, enhanced printing is designed for creating something extra special. On our product pages, you can select the ‘enhanced printing’ option which means your products will receive a coat of clear gloss varnish for that stunning finish. There are also a number of other enhanced printing options which you can find on our Enhanced Printing page.

  • How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

  • Do you accept returns?

    We hope you will be over the moon with your order when it arrives, however we appreciate that from time to mine a return might be requested. Please visit the Returns Policy page for a full breakdown of how we manage returns requests.

  • I need some inspiration for my products - what do you recommend?

    If a design for your dream personalised product hasn’t sprung to mind immediately - we recommend you spend some time browsing Our Library for some inspiration. You can select from any of these images and use them to personalise your products. Alternatively, you can use the designer tool to upload your own images and experiment with overlaying text and clipart.
